The cozy cottage is positioned at the top of the hill looking down on the bay. There is a beach path down to the sandy beach that is great for swimming. Just south of the crystal clear blue waters of Balm Beach on Southern Georgian Bay, the cottage sleeps 4. The 2 bedrooms have divider walls, but no ceiling insulation. Perfect for a private couple or a small family; the first bedroom has a double beds, and the second bedroom has two twin beds.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, range top stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and electric fry pan. There is not an oven, but there is a convection oven on the counter and a propane BBQ on the deck. The open concept dining and living room area is bright and sunny with views of the water. There is a small television with VCR and a radio. There is not a telephone, but there is a high-speed internet connection via cable hook up.
