Thank you for your partnership in our website. Please complete the following form and read the attached Terms of Registration Contract. You must accept in order to submit your advertisement. Once this form is completed and you have marked yes in the "Agree" field at the bottom of the Terms of Registration box, click preview. You will then be prompted to the page where you can enter your payment with any major Credit Card (through paypal) if you wish to pay here online. Otherwise you may submit payment by Certified Check or Money Order in the mail (Canadian businesses please add 7% GST).  Payment by mail may be the best option for you if you are also sending us materials for your advertisement via postal service rather than e-mail. We will do our very best to display your advertisement within 7 days of the receipt of your materials and payment.

Terms of Registration Agree Yes	Terms and Conditions for Business Advertising 1. Limited liability and no guarantee of success - I understand and agree that this advertisement of my business or the business that I represent in the placement of this advertisement is my responsibility. I understand and agree that BlueWater Rental Services Inc. does not make any specific guarantees regarding its resulting usefulness or successfulness, nor will BlueWater Rental Services Inc. be responsible for any of the content of the advertisement. 2. Purchase of advertisement and Term of Contract - I understand and agree that the payment submitted is to be for one year of the advertisement on the www.bluewatervacationproperties.com website and/or on the sister website www.bluewatervacationmaps.com. There are also seven other urls in which your advertisements can be found: www.bluewaterrentals.ca, www.attractionmaps.ca, www.worldtravelmaps.ca, www.vacationmaps.ca, www.eztravelmaps.com, www.globaltravelmaps.com and www.internationaltravelmaps.com . The payment will be good for one year and must be renewed annually for the advertisement to continue. I understand that once payment is submitted for initial advertisement creation and upload, there shall be no refunds, regardless of the circumstance. I hereby give full permission for BlueWater Rental Services Inc. to allow for any written materials contained within my advertisement/s to be printed via computer printer by anyone logging onto the websites from anywhere in the world. 3. Client responsibility and Editorial rights - I understand and agree that all claims, promises, descriptions, pictures or any other written materials about the business being advertised are true and accurate, legal and free from obscenity, nudity, or any unsuitable language, picture, description, joke or otherwise unclean or distasteful presentation. I understand that the websites are to be marketed to families or individuals planning vacations or trips to the area of my location, or to property owners renting to these families or individuals. I also understand and agree that it is my obligation to inform BlueWater Rental Services Inc. of any occurrence of location, name or other important informational changes such as: address, phone, fax, website, e-mail or name changes, or liquidation or transference of ownership of the business. 4. Further editorial rights and Severability - I understand and agree that BlueWater Rental Services Inc. may at any time deny, delete or remove an advertisement containing any materials considered to be unfit for the websites by BlueWater Rental Services Inc. Furthermore, it is understood that BlueWater Rental Services Inc. shall terminate any and all business relationships with advertisers found to be participating in illegal, or inappropriate acts. BlueWater Rental Services Inc. reserves the right to break the annual contract for advertising that is of any inappropriate nature without notification or refund. BlueWater Rental Services Inc. shall deny any request for advertising that conflicts with the integrity of the website or the Christian principles upheld by the business. If errors are found in the submitted advertisement BlueWater Rental Services Inc. will do its best to correct in a timely manner, but shall not be responsible for any financial consequences that may have arisen due to the error. 5. Terms of Payment, modification fees and increase of fees - I understand and agree that each annual payment shall be collected prior to advertisement creation in lump sum. BlueWater Rental Services Inc. shall charge for any adjustments or changes to the advertisement after initial placement. Pricing for changes shall depend on the complexity and time necessary to make the change. Changes submitted at the time of renewal for a new year shall be free of charge, however once the advertisements are submitted, any additional changes throughout the new year shall again be for a fee. BlueWater Rental Services Inc. further reserves the right to increase the price of advertising at the beginning term of each new year if necessary. BlueWater Rental Services Inc. also reserves the right to change, create or cancel any special promotion or discount plans. 6. Ownership of advertisement - I understand and agree that BlueWater Rental Services Inc. is hereby granted ownership of the submitted advertisement and that this ownership is ongoing and worldwide. BlueWater Rental Services Inc. shall maintain a free license to use and reproduce in any manner whatsoever and intellectual property rights which it may own or for which it has a license for the purpose of being embodied in the Advertisement. BlueWater Rental Services Inc. shall not however reproduce any part or whole of the advertisement without written consent of the owner. 7. BlueWater logos and trademarks - I understand and agree that as a client of BlueWater Rental Services Inc. I am not authorized to use the name, logo or trademarks of BlueWater Rental Services Inc. or any of its website domain names without prior written consent of BlueWater Rental Services Inc., nor shall I use any printed or otherwise copied version of my advertisement created by BlueWater Rental Services Inc. without notification, written consent and possible payment to BlueWater Rental Services Inc. for this reproduction for whatever reason. Furthermore, neither party shall make any statement written or verbal in any press release, external advertising, marketing or promotion materials regarding the other party or its services. 8. Transfer of Assignment - I understand and agree that I may not transfer or assign the contract without BlueWater Rental Services Inc.‘s written consent. I acknowledge liability of my obligation to inform BlueWater Rental Services Inc. of any termination, changes, or transfer of assets of the business to another party. 9. Equipment compatibility and limitation on access liability - I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to access the advertisement that I have paid for on the internet. Under no circumstance shall BlueWater Rental Services Inc. be responsible or liable for any occurrence of the website(s) temporary unavailability due to internet provider errors, computer, software or other data connection error or problem. Further, BlueWater Rental Services Inc. shall under no circumstance whatsoever be responsible to troubleshoot any difficulties with electronic equipment, software, internet access, or any circumstance relating to the access to the advertisement or financial consequences of inability to access the advertisement by myself, the business owner or potential clients. 10. Privacy provision - I understand and agree that the information relating to business, finances, credit, billing, files, pictures or any other property of or about the business shared with BlueWater Rental Services Inc. shall be kept private and shall not be used or given to or sold to any other third party for any purpose whatsoever. 11. Limitation and jurisdiction - I understand and agree that whatever province, state, territory, region or country that this contract is entered into shall be governed by the laws within the territory of the respective province, state, territory, region or country where my business is located and that the courts of those areas shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute arising between the parties. I understand and agree that BlueWater Rental Services Inc. shall under no circumstances be liable for any legal or court costs or fees that may arise due to any dispute brought forth by myself or the business that I represent. Further, I understand and agree that I will ensure that any disputable matter be presented in writing to BlueWater Rental Services Inc. and that I shall have one year from the date of this contract to bring forth any such dispute.
