      Prices are the following:
           $1000 to $1500 USD per week + taxes & fees for one-bedroom suite (sleeps 4) (NORTH AMERICA)
           $1700 to $2000 USD per week + taxes & fees for two-bedroom suite (sleeps 6) (NORTH AMERICA)
           $1500 to $1700 USD per week + taxes & fees for one-bedroom suite (sleeps 4) (INTERNATIONAL)
           $1900 to $2200 USD per week + taxes & fees for two-bedroom suite (sleeps 6) (INTERNATIONAL)

2.   All of the Exotic Getaways are accommodations in four or five star resorts. Many of the hotels are names that
      you will definitely recognize. BlueWater Rental Services Inc. has ownership of several weeks within
      these properties and is collecting fees for these time-periods on our own behalf.

3.   The accommodations will sleep 4 in a one-bedroom luxury suite and 6 to 8 in a two-bedroom luxury suite,
      depending on each individual resort’s room sizes. All suites have a full kitchen and dining area (with all
      appliances and cooking/serving accessories), living room (most with cable or satellite TV, stereo, DVD, and
      VCR) and one or two full bathrooms. Many of the rooms have whirlpool tubs as well as other decorations and
      furnishing that are quite luxurious. High speed intranet connections are also available in most units.

4.   All resorts have many amenities for your vacation pleasures, and are located in the best beach and/or
      sightseeing areas. We will give you the websites for each resort so that you can check out the scenery,
      amenities and locations.

5.   Reservations are all short notice deals.You are welcome to request any location and any set of travel dates
      from us; however, we will not make any confirmations until 30 days prior to your departure date. We will collect
      a small deposit from you at the time of your request and will collect the remaining balance 30 days before your
      departure (certified check or money order via mail received no later than 30 days prior to departure
      or balance payment in full via credit card over the phone.) If for any reason we are unable to find a resort 
      for you in the requested location, we will either refund your deposit or search an alternative destination
      for you.

6.   The nature of the short-notice deal is reflected in the prices of the accommodations. Once confirmation is made
      30 days prior to departure date, no refunds will be made for any reason whatsoever.  If for any reason, in an
      emergency (must be legally documented) a cancellation is made within the 30 days prior to departure, it is
      possible that BlueWater Rental Services Inc. will offer an alternative travel arrangement.  BlueWater Rental
      Services Inc. reserves the right to amend or revoke this alternative arrangement at any time.

7.   All of the accommodations include the rental of the room only. All-inclusive resorts will require an extra fee for
      the drinks and meals. Some resorts make this mandatory and some make it optional. We will inform you fully of
      all details prior to confirming your reservation. Most resorts will also charge a daily fee for incidental charges
      such as phone usage, parking, in-room safe usage, room service, movie charges, gift shop charges, daily room
      tax, etc. You will need to leave a credit card imprint at the front desk upon check-in for the charges that may
      possibly apply. Charges made by anyone in the room must be settled by you upon check-out, with the front
      desk. BlueWater Rental Services Inc. reserves the right to charge your credit card for any unpaid charges upon
      your departure.

8.   Flights and travel arrangements are not included in the accommodation fee. You are required to reserve and
      purchase your own airline tickets and car rentals. However, in the near future BlueWater Rental Services Inc.
      will be offering assistance with booking these travel arrangements. We are arranging licensing at this time.
