Submit your Property (Plan A: with Property Advertisement created by BlueWater)

Thankyou for choosing BlueWater Rental Services Inc. Please complete the form below and e-mail it to us. The form allows you to upload 5 digital pictures of your property. After completion of the form you will be prompted to go to Step 2 for payment. After selection of payment option, (If you have chosen a multi-property package) you wil be directed to come back to this page to enter each property's information that you have made payment for in Step 2.

You can also choose to print out and mail in the form with your picture prints and Certified Check or Money Order. Property Owners in Canada please add 7% GST and use one form per property, separating each property's pictures with it's own form. If you are sending us photos and would like them returned to you please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope, with proper postage for weight.

If you are not able to provide pictures and would like BlueWater Rental Services Inc. to come to your property to take photos for you. We will call you to set up an appointment. You can still fill out the form and make payments here with a credit card or print out the form and send payment via postal system. (only available for properties located between Wasaga Beach and Honey Harbour)

Terms and Conditions for User Account registration for Property Owners

1.  I agree that I am an individual renting my own property on this website.  I am not a rental management company or any other party, individual or company renting property on behalf of another owner.

2.  I agree that the fees to be submitted for my registration are covering payment for a one year membership for the package that I have chosen corresponding to the number of properties that I shall be advertising.  I understand and agree that once payment is submitted for the year and advertisements placed, there shall be no refunds.

3.  I understand that it is my sole responsibility to enter information about my properties including, descriptions, pictures, amenities offered, fees, directions to my properties and instructions for payment to the enquiring parties.  I agree that the payment I am submitting to BlueWater Rental Services Inc. is for advertising only; and that I do not expect any guarantee from BlueWater Rental Services Inc. that my properties will be rented.
 
4.  I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to upkeep my advertisements and to perform all administrative tasks for my own online rental management.  If BlueWater Rental Services Inc. has been paid by me to enter my property advertisement , I understand that I will be given my personal username and password.  When my property advertisement is placed I understand that I will be responsible for any future changes or updates, as well as my own online rental management using my username and password to access my account.  I agree that BlueWater Rental Services Inc. shall in no way be responsible to return e-mail or calls from renters or to perform any rental services on my behalf.

5.  I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to set up my own account for collection of payments from renters.  I understand that the payment gateways offered to me that will be accepted by the script of the website are the following:(paypal, worldpay, 2checkout, verisign and authorize).  BlueWater Rental Services Inc. encourages paypal.

6.  I understand and agree that the advertisements I submit, including pictures, descriptions and instructions about my properties, and my payment terms and conditions are true and accurate.  I also agree that everything contained within my advertisement is free from obscenity, nudity, coarse language or any other racially or otherwise disrespectful characteristics.

7.  I understand and agree that BlueWater Rental Services Inc. shall never be responsible for any advertisement that I have placed; nor shall BlueWater Rental Services Inc. be connected to or liable for any legal disputes or damages associated with the rental of my properties.

8.  I understand and agree that the advertisement/s initially entered by me will not be activated and seen on the website until payment is submitted to BlueWater Rental Services Inc. Once payment is made, and this agreement is accepted, my advertisements will be activated immediately.  Once activated, I understand that I have full administration rights with respect to my advertisement/s, and that I may make changes or adjustments as often as I like.

9.  I understand that if any of the above terms and conditions are violated by me, that BlueWater Rental Services Inc. has the right to revoke my user account and delete my advertisement/s from the website without notice and without refund.

10.  I promise to enjoy life and to give others the same honesty; respect and kindness that I would like them to give to me.  SMILE
