Set up your payment gateway to accept credit cards from around the world
When tourists/renters are ready to reserve your property they immediately pay deposit (you decide the percentage) and then pay balance when you need it. All funds go directly to you. Your funds are not even accessible to us.
We STRONGLY encourage Paypal. It is user-friendly, convenient, secure & has the lowest fees.

Paypal is the only payment gateway that is set up to work with our program in a fully automated way.
With paypal, the program will automatically calculate the balance due after a renter pays a desposit.
It will send you an email with the balance due and the payment link that you will forward to the renter.
Alternative payment gateways that work with our program include: Worldpay, 2checkout,
Authorize, or veriSign (however they are not automated & require more work on your part)

PKG # 1 advertisements for 1 or 2 properties $145 USD or $199 CAD per year
PKG # 2 advertisements for 3 to 5 properties $175 USD or $225 CAD per year
PKG # 3 advertisements for 6 to 8 properties $300 USD or $350 CAD per year
You can pay for the package you choose and list your properties with pictures and
descriptions immediately. Your properties can be seen online by the world in the next
60 minutes. (NOTE: Set up your paypal account by clicking the link above so
that you can accept payments from renters on nearly any credit card as soon
as possible.) PLEASE PRINT OUT THE USER GUIDE TO HELP YOU LEARN HOW TO USE
THE PROGRAM. YOU WILL NEED IT TO ASSIST YOU IN CREATING YOUR PROPERTY AD.
