We have just opened our virtual doors for business and we would like to offer you, our Property Owners the opportunity to get involved in giving yourself and the BlueWater Rental Services Inc. "CIRCLE OF HELP” (from the home page) a jumpstart.
We all benefit if the website grows with more attraction maps, more properties for tourists to choose from, and more involvement in the community. Growth helps your own properties’ exposure, the exposure of your community for tourism, and businesses supporting us all. When tourists see the activities and attractions available in your area they are more inclined to visit, thus needing property to rent. WIN – WIN - WIN situation all around the circle.
If you are a Property Owner who is Self-Managed, you set up a payment gateway with paypal, worldpay, 2checkout or authorize. This allows you to accept credit cards from renters around the world. It also allows BlueWater Rental Services Inc. to transfer funds to you when necessary. We would like to transfer CDN to your account for every property owner or business referral that you give to us.
When you spread the word about the website to your families, friends, acquaintances, and businesses in your community why not get paid? When the individuals that you refer to us are ready to place an advertisement for their property or their business make sure that they give us your name and e-mail address.You will also need to send us an e-mail naming the individual or business that you are referring to us. Once payment is made for the advertisement and we have verified you as the referral, we will transfer CDN from our paypal account to yours.
Please check our Attractions Map and the Owners page for businesses that are already advertising on the website. Someone may have already beat you to the referral. Also, please note that the Referral Program only pays you for the original advertisement placed on our site by a property owner or a business. We will not be paying anyone for the renewal advertisements that will come next year. There are however, always new activities and attractions to be added and new Attraction Maps to build, as well as, new property owners wanting to make rental income. A transfer from our own payment gateway to yours is the ONLY way the payments of per referral will be submitted. BlueWater Rental Services Inc. will not submit any written checks. BlueWater Rental Services Inc. reserves the right to cancel or change the Referral Program at any time.
