This 3 bedroom Balm Beach Cottage is a charming sunny property located up on a hill with a lovely view of the gorgeous blue water of Southern Georgian Bay.

Two bedrooms with double beds and one with 2 twin beds make for a cozy getaway for a small family or 2 couples. The rustic but clean and cosy cottage is an open concept living and dining area and open ceiling bedrooms. (a divider wall with door between the rooms, but without ceiling insulation.

The kitchen has a fridge, range-top stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and electric fry pan and convection oven. There is a new propane BBQ on the deck. The clean bathroom has shower, vanity and toilet. A ceiling fan is in the main living room area and standing fan available for extra air-flow.

There is a small television and VCR, radio , electric heater and high-speed internet hook up (Cable).

Bring along a mobile phone. There is not a phone available for use.

Sandy Balm Beach is located just down the hill. There is a beach path to take down with a sandy beach that is great for swimming.
