Two and a half bedrooms (inside porch with futon bed). This property sleeps 8. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 with double bed and the other with queen bed. There are also 3 futon beds double size (2 in the living room and 1 in the inside porch). Linens are not provided, but are available at a small fee if requested. We encourage people to bring their own.

A great location just across the street from the blue waters and white sand of Balm Beach. The arcade, shops, variety store and restaurants within an easy on minute walk. This is a great location on Georgian Bay that is sometimes called the "mini" Wasaga Beach.

The kitchen has two tables for a total seating of 10. There is a water cooler for drinking water provided. Air conditioning, heat, newer appliances and a bathroom with full tub and shower provide comfort for you and your guests. There is a large screen TV in the open concept living - dining room space with cable and DVD and wireless internet.

We also rent in the winter months. Come enjoy snowshoeing, snowmobiling, skiing, ice fishing, etc. at Balm Beach, On.

Please no smoking inside. Its only okay to smoke on the deck and patio / outside areas.
